Ecclesiastical book containing the liturgical hymns of the Orthodox Church
The Menaia constitute a series of liturgical books of the Orthodox Church, arranged in twelve volumes, one for each month of the ecclesiastical year. The Menaion of January contains services, hymns, and liturgical texts for the commemorated saints and the feasts observed during the month of January.
A donation by Konstantinos Repou, ecclesiastical teacher and chanter of the Community of Arkoudohori, during the school year 1910–1911.
Published “Under the Great Church of Christ,” Constantinople, 1843.
Hardbound volume.
Pages of yellowed (aged) coloration.
Preserved in moderate condition, exhibiting extensive wear and deterioration in the interior section.
