The Protocol Book includes handwritten decisions, as well as incoming and outgoing document references pertaining to the aforementioned five years. Specifically, for the year 1942, the decisions are numbered from the 1st to the 380th, for the year 1943 from the 1st to the 280th, for the year 1944 from the 1st to the 20th, for the year 1945 from the 1st to the 380th, and for the year 1946 from the 1st to the 280th decision.
